1. Create VM from old image
2. Install updates. Install fslogix latest version ,uninstall teams with cmd,install teams
3. Install office. Restart the vm
4. When the office is successfully installed go to file explorer windows folder in local c drive delete the panther file.
5. After delete the panther file run the command on cmd to generalize the VM image.
%WINDIR%\system32\sysprep\sysprep.exe / generalize /shutdown /oobe/mode:vm
6. Create New image with that VM
7.After create a image.
8.Go to AVD hostpool
9.Add new VM

1. Go to browser
2. Type office.com
3. Sign in to the office and install the latest version of the office)
Take old VM shut down for 7 days after that remove that old VM
