Step 1. Login into office account using login credentials after that go to the profile icon on right hand side.
Step 2. Click on Security Info.
Step 3. Click on Add Sign-in method and select method as per your choice.
Step 4. Click on Next and Next.
Step 5. Open Microsoft Authentication app in your phone and Click on + Icon then select work or school account, Scan QR code.
Step 6. Use 2-digit code in your phone and verify.
